- The Deskjet 3940 Color Inkjet Printer is a basic printer. It was introduced to replace previous Deskjet 3930 but it does not have much improvement than Deskjet 3930.
- It can print 16 black text pages per minute while 12 pages per minute of color draft.
- It has USB interface to connect with PC or laptop, unfortunately it doesn’t support wireless network.
- It supports 3 in x 5 in, A4 (8.25 in x 11.7 in), Legal (8.5 in x 14 in) and Letter A Size (8.5 in x 11 in) media type.
- Deskjet 3950 prints at a maximum 1200 dpi resolution in black and white format. You can get maximum 4800×1200 dpi color print from this printer.
- Its max monthly duty cycle is 500 pages.
